Cancellation & Refund Policy
Lean6SigmaPro (XergY Business Excellence Pvt. Ltd), reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor’s unavailability or any act of God events or natural disasters (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
- In case Lean6SigmaPro (XergY Business Excellence Pvt. Ltd) cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the participant.
- Lean6SigmaPro (XergY Business Excellence Pvt. Ltd) cannot be held responsible for any financial loss incurred by the participant due to rescheduling or cancellation of any course.
- Refund of the payment will be processed in 10 working days post intimation by the participant.
- All fees will be refunded through Cc-Avenue or by cheque in favour of the party who had paid the course fee.
Refund Rules
For any cancellation request from the participant, the refund of fee shall be done on the following basis:
